SimpleGPT has been around for 3+ years. Members are still very active here! Low $1.00 instant PayPal payments. Great contests (Doug has been having 2 week contest, current one ends tomorrow, so that only means a new one starts on Monday - they've been paying out $75.00 for 1st place and several others after that).
Doug keeps his site neat and tidy.... you won't find a never ending list of expired or invalid offers. If he sees that 5 members have tried it and it's not credited, he removes it. He is always looking for new offers to be added and has great luck finding those too.

SimpleGPT has a 2 tier referral program - 1st level you earn 15% and 2nd level you earn 5%. Referral contest each month pays out 2 places... $35. for first and $20. for 2nd place. New users must at least one offer! Daily surveys and paid-to-click do not count. Referrals must remain a member until the end of the contest to be counted.

The support in the Chat room is fantastic. Mods are very knowledgeable and around most all the time. Also has a forum for special tips and suggestions on how to get some of the more difficult offers to credit.
