Need a good gpt site...

Hi Guys, what is a good gpt site to buy advertising on (paid to sign-up) AND promote that you get a good response on?

Also, do you find that the gpt site slows down during the summer?

I used to know some sites that were great to have ptsu on , but lateley seems like no one does them , and most don't allow you to advertise it in chat anymore... GPT during the summer can go both ways , seems like last year many teens did gpt while on summer break, but this year doesent seem like it, so i am not sure about that.
